Cavett and Fulton, P.C. was founded in 1989 and concentrates its practice on civil litigation with special emphasis on the defense of medical and professional liability, products liability and general liability. We are a law firm of trial attorneys. A substantial part of our practice is devoted to the defense of physicians, hospitals, nurses, mental health care providers and nursing home litigation. The attorneys also defend individuals in investigations by regulatory and hospital boards and committees, as well as licensing and credentialing bodies. We represent physicians in DEA investigations and defend federal False Claims Act cases. Each lawyer handles civil litigation and appeals, tries lawsuits, and is adept at mediation.
